Workshop LEAF opened in 2009 with 3 users and is now a Type B business in Nakagyo-ku, Kyoto City, with over 20 people using it. In addition to providing support for employment, a clinical artist is invited to participate in weekly creative activities, working closely with each participant. In recent years, they have been designing and commercializing the products to add color to the lives of many people.
　The name of the facility, “LEAF,” is derived from the idea of valuing the individuality of each participant, just as there are many different kinds of trees and plants in the world, and the leaves on them have different characteristics. In this exhibition, we have brought together the works of all the users of studio LEAF.
